Dog Actor’s Guild Registration
You'll need to print and fill out the registration form and send us two photographs of your pet (one clear head shot and one clear full body shot) with a $25.00 administration fee. Please remember, photographs will not be returned. Your listing with the Dog Actor’s Guild is renewable annually.
