About Jaclyn Mazza
Jaclyn has been training and caring for marine mammals at the New York Aquarium / Wildlife Conservation Society since 2006. Before joining the aquarium, she worked at The Humane Society of New York assisting in the training and evaluation of adoption dogs and tending to hospital patients. Jaclyn is dedicated to positive training techniques and hopes to bring the principals of operant conditioning into the dog owner's home. She believes training and enrichment are the keys to overcoming the everyday challenges of the urban dog. Jaclyn is a graduate of New York University and a member of the International Marine Animal Trainer's Association.
